Irgens leases space to investment firm at Wisconsin mixed-use development


Investment advisory firm Voit & Company will lease the newly renovated Ruby Farmhouse at The Corridor in Brookfield, Wisconsin, a mixed-use development owned by Irgens.

Voit & Company expects to move into the building by October.

Irgens contracted with Ruvin Bros. Artisans & Trades to have the Ruby Farmhouse building’s exterior renovated during the past year. The neighboring Ruby Barn has been renovated with a new roof and foundation along with repairs made to its exterior siding.

The Corridor is a 66-acre mixed-use development on Bluemound Road in Brookfield featuring 140,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and more than 400,000 square feet of Class-A office space. Current tenants include Dick’s Sporting Goods, Portillo’s Hot Dogs, AT&T and Charles Schwab & Co. ProHealth Medical Group will fill a new building at the development in March of 2018, while Associated Bank will be opening a new branch here in the late summer or early fall of 2017.
