Jack Rosenberg, an executive vice president with Colliers International Chicago, was recently included in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors’ (SIOR) annual “Top Transaction Awards of 2019” list. SIOR honored Rosenberg for his 450,951-square-foot warehouse/distribution transaction he completed in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
“We partnered with Prologis on the deal,” said Rosenberg. “They are a fabulous teammate and my client is thrilled with the real estate solution.” Colliers’ Fred Regnery worked alongside Rosenberg to complete the deal. The Top Transaction Awards are presented to the largest sales and lease transactions (ranked by dollar volume) completed by SIOR members worldwide. This year, 500 SIOR members reported 2,575 transactions, totaling more than 147 million square feet and $19 billion in leases and sales in the industrial, investment, office, land, alternative assets and redevelopment sectors.
