Steve Schnur was promoted to senior regional executive vice president of Duke Realty.
In his new position, Schnur will have the additional responsibility of overseeing the company’s East and West Regions, while continuing to lead and manage its Midwest Region.
Previously, Schnur was regional executive vice president of the Midwest Region for two years and senior vice president of Duke Realty’s Chicago operations for nine years before assuming responsibility for the company’s Minneapolis and St. Louis operations in 2013. He first joined Duke in 2003 as vice president of leasing after working at Opus North.
Schnur will be based in Duke Realty’s Indianapolis office.
