Illinois home sales decline slightly in February

When compared to the prior month, the combined February sales of attached and detached homes in Illinois fell 2.3 percent to 3,746 units. February activity was 9.7 percent less than in the same month last year, when 4,147 homes changed hands, according to RE/MAX Northern Illinois.
