Newmark Knight Frank adds multifamily veterans to roster

Newmark Knight Frank has added industry experts Elizabeth Gagliardi and Chuck Johanns to the firms’ Midwest Multifamily Capital Markets Investment Sales Group.

That group also consists of vice chairman Debbie Corson, vice chairman George Skaff and senior managing directors Susan Lawson and Matt Newcomer. .

Gagliardi and Johanns will each specialize in institutional multifamily investment sales in downtown Chicago. The pair join as senior managing directors from JLL, bringing nearly 50 years of combined experience and more than $5 billion in combined career multifamily-related transactions.

Gagliardi’s career of more than 17 years includes experience representing clients in dispositions, joint-venture structuring, portfolio sales, valuations and underwriting.

Johanns’ more than 30 years of experience includes a principal position at Trammell Crow Company and managing director at Houlihan Capital.
