Sodexo relocates

by Chicago Industrial Properties Reports
Chicago -> O'Hare

Sodexo America is relocating its operations and leasing space at 3709 N. 25th St. in Schiller Park due to a change in its business model. Podolsky Northstar CORFAC International completed the lease transaction, representing building ownership, KTR Capital.

Sodexo is the leading provider of integrated food and facilities management services in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, serving 10 million customers in 6,000 locations every day.

Sodexo America has embarked on a new direction and requires less space. With space options available and a commitment to its tenants throughout their portfolio, KTR was able to accommodate Sodexo's new requirements in another building nearby. The new space being leased by Sodexo totals 7,057 square feet and will include approximately 1,350 square feet of office space.

KTR owns a significant portfolio of properties across the Chicago metropolitan area, including a substantial number of properties and square footage leased and managed by Podolsky Northstar.

Randy D. Podolsky, SIOR, principal, and Adam Tarantur, vice president, both of Podolsky Northstar CORFAC International, represented KTR in the transaction. Robert Blumenthal of UGL Equis represented the tenant, Sodexo.
