Lee & Associates announces industrial leases

Walter Murphy, principal of Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented Duffy Box in the leasing of 25,922 square feet of warehouse space located at 5010 W. 123rd St. in Alsip. Murphy also represented building ownership, Madison Partners, in the transaction.

Steve Bass, senior associate of Lee & Associates represented Nobu Nutritional Bakery in the leasing of 6,034 square feet of industrial space located at 1261 Wiley Road in Schaumburg. Ronan Remandaban, senior associate, also represented building ownership, Finch & Barry, in the transaction.
