NAI Welsh facilitates industrial property sale to Hennepin County Medical Center

NAI Welsh has facilitated the purchase of a 96,000-square-foot vacant property in Minneapolis for the Hennepin County Medical Center.

The property, at 2815 Blaisdell Ave. S., sold for $3.6 million. NAI Welsh vice president Brian Doyle and senior associate Eric Batiza represented the seller of the former meat-packing facility, M&O Uptown Investments.

The Hennepin County Medical Center was represented by NorthMarq's Mike Fleetham.
