Jim Mosher recently joined The Broadbent Company’s leasing department as a leasing representative. Mosher was with Broadbent previously from 2000 t0 2003. He will be responsible for seven Broadbent properties throughout the Indianapolis area and one in Evansville, Ind.
Mosher earned both his undergraduate degree and his masters of business administration from the University of Indianapolis and spent the early part of his career as a CPA. He has worked in commercial real estate since 1999 with a focus on retail properties.
In business since 1972 the Broadbent Company owns and manages 3.4 million square feet of retail space throughout the Midwest. The company is headquartered in downtown Indianapolis and employs 77.
