CBRE announced that three anchor properties, located at three regional malls in Wisconsin, are scheduled to be auctioned from Oct. 26 to Oct. 28. The online auctions will take place on Ten-X.com, an end-to-end transaction platform for commercial real estate.
The three properties are as follows:
- Former Younkers at Bay Park Square, 2485 S Oneida St, Green Bay, Wis. – A 136,568-square-foot, two-story prime anchor building constructed in 2002 on a 7.67-acre parcel with exposure to Oneida Street, Holmgren Way, and Pilgrim Way.
- Former Boston Store at Brookfield Square, 15875 W Bluemound Rd, Brookfield, Wis. – A 217,471-square-foot, two-story prime anchor building on a 16.28-acre parcel on the corner of Bluemound Road and Moorland Road.
- Former Boston Store at Southridge Mall, 5300 S 76th St, Greendale, Wis. – A 219,775-square-foot, two-story front and center anchor building on a 14.83-acre parcel.
