ARCO/Murray has been awarded the contract to construct a new 19,000-square-foot campus for ITT Educational Services located at 2828 N. Clark St. in Chicago. Construction is set to begin Sept. 1.
ARCO/Murray was contracted to complete the full design and construction for the interior build-out consisting of state-of-the-art student classrooms and laboratories, modern executive offices, Class A finishes throughout and a cooling only VAV system to provide controllability of the student areas.
This will mark the fourth project for ITT Educational Services. ARCO/Murray previously completed an 18,000-square-foot campus build-out in Springfield, a 21,000-square-foot campus build-out in Oak Brook, and a 30,000-square-foot campus build-out in Mt. Prospect.
ARCO/Murray’s John Cummins and Chris Niedhammer will represent the construction team.
