ARCO/Murray National Construction Company, Inc has completed two build out projects, totaling 26,000 square feet of space.
In Schiller Park, Ill., the firm completed the construction of a 10,000-square-foot production facility build-out at 3725 N. 25th Ave on behalf Medtronic.
ARCO/Murray was contracted to complete the construction of the production area, and office improvements. ARCO/Murray’s scope also included the installation of all process piping, upgraded electrical service, temperature controlled production area/ warehouse system, and other miscellaneous improvements.
Christian Evangelista, was the project executive as well as the lead Project Manager.
The firm has also completed the construction of a 16,000-square-foot production facility expansion at 701 N. Kirk Road in Batavia, Ill. for Suncast Corporation.
ARCO/Murray’s scope included the installation of all specialty equipment foundations, structural steel reinforcement and the raising of the warehouse roof an additional 12′, as well as other miscellaneous improvements for Suncast’s new production facility.
Brad Dannegger was the project executive and Christian Evangelista acted as the lead project manager.
