Chicago-based Baum Realty Group, LLC, one of the Midwest’s leading retail brokerage firms, announced that Foss Swim School has signed a lease for their fourth Chicagoland location at The Arboretum of South Barrington. The 6,719 square foot facility is scheduled to open for lessons January 2nd, 2015. Online registration will be available prior to opening.
“The Foss Swim School model is truly unique,” said Crowden. “Each of Foss’ 11 locations remain family owned and operated in contrast to the franchise model favored by other swim schools. The South Barrington community is a perfect place for Foss’ family and safety focused approach,” added Crowden.
Baum Realty Group Vice President Will Crowden arranged the lease on behalf of Foss Swim School at The Arboretum of South Barrington, which has quickly become one of the premier shopping and dining destinations in the Northwest Suburbs.
