Baum Realty Group Investment Sales Team of Greg Dietz and Danny Spitz along with Principal Adam Secher represented the buyer in the off market transaction of ±8,368 square feet building located at 1747-49 N. Damen Avenue in Chicago’s Bucktown/Wicker Park neighborhood for $3,450,000.
According to Baum VP, Greg Dietz, “The Bucktown/Wicker Park corridor continues to exhibit a growing strength that will only be buttressed when the Bloomingdale Trail opens next year.” “We see far greater tenant demand than we can accommodate in Bucktown/Wicker Park, which is leading to very strong valuation fundamentals,” added Baum Principal, Adam Secher.
