Chicago-based Belgravia Group, Ltd. has announced it will begin pre-construction sales on Feb. 16 for its 66 condominiums at Triangle Square, a mixed-used development in Chicago’s East Bucktown neighborhood that is part of the North Branch Corridor. A sales gallery for the project will be located at 2131 N. Damen Avenue, a quarter-mile from the development’s address at 1701 W. Webster Avenue.
“Triangle Square is at the heart of what is quickly becoming one of the city’s most sought-after emerging neighborhoods, and we are thrilled to be able to begin offering buyers the ground-floor advantage of purchasing in this area early in its growth,” said David Goldman, executive vice president and chief operating officer at Belgravia Group. “Buyers at Triangle Square Condos will not only have the confidence of purchasing from Belgravia Group, but they also will be able to experience what it’s like to walk through their future home thanks to the virtual reality technology we are offering at our sales gallery.”
Condominium floor plans range from 1,227 to 2,144 square feet and feature open living and kitchen layouts with options for additional bedrooms, dedicated office space and dining rooms. Select residences include mudrooms and secondary entrances. Homes on the second floor feature sizable south-facing terraces, while all other residences include large balconies.
“The attention our design team gives each home is something Belgravia Group has become known for among downtown buyers seeking a luxury new-construction condominium,” said Goldman. “Though this building lies north of the city core location of some our other projects like Renelle on the River and Three Sixty West, we are bringing that same level of service and dedication to buyers at Triangle Square.”
Building amenities include a fitness center, dog washing station, secure package room, storage lockers and a rooftop deck with dramatic skyline views, an outdoor kitchen and sun deck. Triangle Square will also have 66 indoor parking spaces, optional electric vehicle chargers and a bicycle storage area.
In addition to its proximity to Bucktown, Lincoln Park and the future Lincoln Yards development, Triangle Square is steps away from Mariano’s; the shops, restaurants and nightlife along Damen Avenue; the movie theatres and shops at Webster Place and recreational venues like Holstein Park, the 606 Trail and Midtown Athletic Club. Easy access to the Clybourn Metra station and Interstate 90 provides a convenient commute to downtown Chicago as well as O’Hare International Airport and the suburbs.
In addition to the 66 condominiums at Triangle Square, the mixed-used development is also planned to include 300 apartments by LMC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Miami-based Lennar Corporation. Future plans call for a third building on the site, which will include office and retail space.
