Nathan Vanice has joined Kansas City’s Block Real Estate Services, LLC as a vice president. He will be involved with the Pine Ridge Business Park portfolio, as well as the pursuit of public and/or private development opportunities.
Vanice brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience to Block Real Estate Services.
He is a graduate of Missouri State University where he received a bachelor’s degree in finance with emphasis in real estate. He also holds the CCIM designation, which he earned in 2003, and serves on the board of the Mid America Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. He is also active in the local chapters of ULI and the CCIM.
