NAI Hiffman recently represented Bridge Development Partners in two lease renewals for a combined 14,903 square feet of office space at 501 W. Lake St. in Elmhurst. Anderson Pest Control extended its tenancy by renewing 9,829 square feet for its home office. Patterson Medical, a provider of rehabilitation products, renewed its lease for 5,074 square feet.
The high-quality flex office is located within the Corporate Plaza of Elmhurst and is currently 96 percent leased. The building offers docks and drive-in doors, tenant controlled HVAC and security and a highly visible location on the corner of Lake Street and Church Road.
