Brown Commercial brokers six suburban leases totaling nearly 14,000 SF

Brown Commercial Group, a real estate firm focused on industrial and office leasing and sales, announces six lease transactions in Chicago’s suburbs.

Mason Hezner, a sales assistant with Brown Commercial Group, represented property management firm Real Property Management in a 1,306 square feet lease to relocate from 29 W 100 Butterfield Rd in Warrenville, IL to 1460 Renaissance Drive in Park Ridge, IL. The landlord was represented by Bob Kucetz and Brandon Berger of Transition Brokers RE, Inc.

Custom furniture builder Crea and Crea has expanded into 1,000 square feet at 190 Easy Street in Carol Stream, IL. Brian Lindgren, a sales assistant with Brown Commercial Group represented Crea and Crea in this transaction. Mike Antonelli, a sales associate with Brown Commercial, represented the ownership.

Diamond Factory Service has signed a lease for 5,302 square feet of space at 1540 Hecht Rd in Bartlett, IL. Dan Brown, president of Brown Commercial Group, along with Brian Lindgren, brokered this transaction on behalf of the tenant. Gay Crain, CCIM, a vice president and principal with Brown Commercial Group, represented ownership. The tenant expanded from 2,005 square feet at 1235 Humbracht Circle in Bartlett.

Kangde Xin America, LLC, a Chinese-firm that maintains its primary American operations in Maryland, has signed a new lease to expand into Chicago. The firm, which is a global leading manufacturer of thermal lamination films, will occupy 1,230 square feet at 1550 E. Higgins in Elk Grove Village. Mason Hezner represented the tenant. Dan Brown represented Oakbrook Regent LCC, the owners of 1550 E. Higgins in Elk Grove Village.

Auto repair shop M&L Imports has expanded into 1,500 square feet at 867 North Addison in Elmhurst, IL. Trinity Scurto, a senior associate with Brown Commercial Group, represented the tenant in this transaction. The new site is the second location for M&L Imports.

Littman Bros Lighting has signed a lease to relocate from 910 Estes Court in Schaumburg into 3,509 square feet at 502 Morse Road, also in Schaumburg. Brian Lindgren with Brown Commercial Group represented Littman Bros Lighting in this lease transaction. Kurt Kresmery of Kresmery Properties represented the landlord.
