Call One Inc. has leased 25,505 square feet at 225 W. Wacker, Chicago. The move allows more than 6,000 square feet more space than the firm’s current location at 123 N. Wacker.
“Since we have been growing over the last 10 years, we needed a space to both allow for further growth as well as a chance to update our workspace. The new location fit all of these needs and still allowed us to stay in the North Central Loop area” said Call One President Chris Surdenik.
Established in 1992, Call One has become one of the nation’s largest providers of voice, data and Internet services and systems to businesses of all sizes. The company was the first telecommunications provider certified as a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier by the Illinois Commerce Commission.
“Large open creative spaces are in high demand in North Central Loop since tech firms are trending toward relocating there,” said CBRE Senior Vice President Brad Serot.
CBRE’s Brad Serot and Jarrett Annenberg represented Call One Inc. in the lease and Jeff Samaras of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.
