The Minneapolis office of Cassidy Turley brokered the sale of Oakdale Village Apartments in Oakdale, Minn.
The 175-unit complex owned by Plymouth, Minn.-based apartment development and management company Dominium sold for more than $11 million.
The 43-year old apartment building leaves the purchaser with two options: Since the building completed its first 15 years in compliance the new owner can re-apply for the Section 42 affordable housing tax credit; or they can convert the building to market-rate property.
