Cassidy Turley recently represented Equity Office in leasing 18,363 square feet of office space to Clark, Schaefer, Hackett & Co. at the Easton Way One Building in Columbus, Ohio.
Cassidy Turley Senior vice president and principal Randy Stephens, along with Vice President Doug Falor, represented the Dallas, Texas-based Equity Office, while Wayne Asmus of RJ Boll Realty, Ltd represented Clark, Schaefer, Hackett & Co. in the lease at 4449 Easton Way.
Clark, Schaefer, Hackett & Co. joins Alliance Data Systems as new tenants in Equity Office’s Easton portfolio. In the past three months, Cassidy Turley and Equity Office have signed 90,000 square feet of new leases in Easton alone.
Cassidy Turley continues to seek tenants to backfill the former NetJets space at Easton Way Two, which currently advertises 103,000 square feet of available space that can be leased as a whole or in varying increments.
