The suburban office team at Cawley Chicago was named the exclusive leasing agent for O’Hare offices, a three-building office portfolio. The portfolio consists of properties at 999, 1011 and 1111 Touhy Avenue in Des Plaines and is owned by Siete 7.
The three buildings total about 450,000 square feet of space and is currently 50 percent leased. Spaces available range from 933 square feet to 60,0000 square feet in addition to full floor options about 25,000 square feet or more.
Amenities at the buildings include executive conference and training rooms, delicatessens and a fitness center. Tenants also have the exclusive ability to advertise on the large jumbotron located along the I-90 Expressway.
