Gordon Denha has joined CBRE’s Detroit office as an associate in the Retail Advisory & Transaction Services group, focusing on tenant representation and project leasing. He will assist retail clients with a variety of integrated services, including in-depth market intelligence and site selection analysis.
Denha joins CBRE from Howard Schwartz Commercial Real Estate, where he provided advisory and transactional services to retail and investment clients. Prior to that, he managed retail development for Denha Group Holdings, a private investment company based in Michigan.
In addition to his corporate real estate experience, Denha is fluent in both Arabic and Aramaic.
