CBRE Senior Vice President Joe Parrott represented Inland American Retail Management in the lease of 4,942 square feet to OfficeMax at the Shops of Sherman Plaza in Evanston.
Sherman Plaza is a center in downtown Evanston on Sherman Avenue between Church and Davis streets. The location, which also has a dedicated parking garage, is in close proximity to Northwestern University as well as the CTA Purple Line and Metra station.
OfficeMax will be joining other retail destinations at the location such as The North Face, Ann Taylor Loft, Barnes & Noble Booksellers and LA Fitness.
