CBRE announced RTKL renewed its 26,276 SF lease at 200 South Michigan Avenue in Chicago, Illinois with Alliance Partners HSP, LLC.
RTKL is a global architecture and design practice that focuses on first-tier cities around the world, and Chicago has been a strategic location for the company since 1996.
