Jeffry Bothwell has joined CBRE‘s capital markets national senior housing group as senior vice president, specializing in skilled nursing. Based in Chicago, Bothwell will focus on investment sales and debt for skilled-nursing facilities.
Bothwell joins CBRE following a 14-year career at GE Healthcare Financial Services, where he was most recently senior vice president.
During his time at GE, Bothwell negotiated term sheets, oversaw loan structuring and developed core sponsor, borrower and vendor relationships.
