CBRE announced Spears Manufacturing leased 66,000 SF at One Gateway Court in Bolingbrook, Illinois, to JMK/IIT. The lease brings the occupancy of the building to 100%.
One Gateway Court is a 403,925 SF industrial building developed by Duke Realty and owned by Spears Manufacturing. The 66,000 SF unit features: 2600 SF of recently renovated offices, 30′ ceiling heights, 50’x50′ column spacing, 15 exterior docks and one drive-in door.
CBRE’s David Prioletti represented Spears Manufacturing in the transaction and Walter Murphy of Lee & Associates represented the tenant.
