CBRE has sold a vacant 153,000-square-foot industrial facility in Blue Ash, Ohio, a community in the Cincinnati market.
CBRE’s Tim Schenke and Doug Whitten, both senior vice presidents, and Brad Root were engaged by the owner Parker Hannafin to sell the property at 4440 Creek Road.
Within the first month of marketing the building, the team secured four offers for the ownership to evaluate. CBRE then had a call for best and final offers, and narrowed in on the two best candidates. Graphic Village, a print marketing solutions provider, purchased the building and will make it the company’s new headquarters.
