CenterPoint Properties has sold two Southeast Wisconsin-area portfolios totaling 1.34 million square feet.
The transaction consisted of five-building and 12-building portfolios in South Milwaukee.
Erik Foster, Mike Wilson and Michelle Montanye of Avison Young represented CenterPoint in the 12-building sale to BK Equities. The facilities neighbor the General Mitchell International Airport. The buildings in this portfolio range in size from 124,400 square feet to 230,400 square feet.
Ben Adank and Paul McBride of RFP Commercial represented CenterPoint in the five-building sale to Zilber Property Group. These facilities are located with direct access to General Mitchell International Airport. The portfolio is made up buildings that range from 19,400 square feet to 64,000 square feet.
