Coldwell Banker Commercial Devonshire Realty in Champaign, Ill., has won the 2014 Commercial Elite award. This award is given to the top 15 Coldwell Banker Commercial-affiliated companies across the globe.
This makes the 10th year that the office has received his award. Coldwell Banker Commercial Devonshire Realty was ranked the number-one franchisee in Illinois for 2014.
Tim Harrington, commercial services director of Coldwell Banker Commercial Devonshire Realty, said that the award was a “testament to our dedicated team of professionals.”
