Chesterfield Faring has structured the $10.5 million financing of the Wickfield Center, the former headquarters of Borders in Ann Arbor, Mich.
The building has a total of 330,000 square feet of rentable space. Gold Star Mortgage is leasing 68,000 square feet with an option on an additional 32,000 square feet.
Jordan Roeschlaub, Craig Wasserman and Daniel Fromm represented Wickfield in the financing transaction.
