GlenStar Properties, the Chicago-based commercial real estate investment and development firm, has signed AMLI Residential (AMLI) to a new, 30,219-square-foot, long-term lease at the Chicago Board of Trade Building.
“We are thrilled AMLI has chosen the CBOT Building,” said GlenStar Managing Director Christian Domin. “It further validates the successful repositioning of the property and its reputation as the place to office in Chicago today.”
AMLI takes over the entire third floor at the historic building.
Added Domin, “Given the space’s location right above LaSalle Street, AMLI’s office will enjoy both world-class identity and one of the most unique and exciting views in downtown Chicago.”
AMLI Residential is one of the preeminent multifamily companies in the nation specializing in the development, acquisition and management of luxury apartment communities across the United States. The CBOT Building will serve as the hub for the firm’s Midwest operations.

Domin, along with Sandy Macaluso, are the exclusive leasing agents for the Chicago Board of Trade Building.
