One of the leading full-service commercial property renovations contractor’s, Cicero’s Development Corporation, has finished its tenth hotel renovation for Value Place, the nation’s largest economy extended-stay hotel brand.
The hotels are located in several states throughout the South and Southeast regions of the country, and many renovation projects were conducted simultaneously, underscoring Cicero’s capability to successfully manage construction in multiple remote job sites. All ten hotels were renovated over the past nine months.
“Our focus has been to enhance the guest experience in all areas of the Value Place hotels we renovate,” said Sam Cicero, Jr., president of Cicero’s Development Corp. “We are proud of our association with the Value Place brand, and are confident its guests will enjoy the updated look and feel of the renovated hotels from the moment they walk in the door.”
