Paul Martis from Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT recently finalized the lease of Suite 25 at 2605 W. 22nd Street in Oak Brook to CardConnect International, a merchant services company.
The building, one of four at the Oak Brook Office Pavilion complex, is just west of Midway Road on 22nd Street. It is located in the East/West Oak Brook Corridor, a location central to many business activities within the area.
The lease commences on January 1, 2015 for a term of 39 months with an option to renew.
