Midwest Realty Corporation with the help of Colliers International sold a 108,000-square-foot multi-purpose building located at 4251 Bridger Road in Kansas City, Mo., to Allen Village School.
Patrick Coppinger of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the seller, and Chuck Cuda of KW Commercial represented the buyer.
