Spectrum Health, with the help of Colliers International, recently leased 38,201 square feet of office space in the Bridgewater Place development in Grand Rapids, Mich.
Spectrum originally operated from several locations throughout West Michigan, but will now be located in the CBD of Grand Rapids.
