Colliers International|Omaha has arranged the investment sale of Southern Square Shopping Center, a 106,785-square-foot retail center located in Sioux City, Iowa.
Adam Marek and Jeffrey Wyatt represented the seller, a Kansas-based real estate development company. The buyer was a Midwest-based private real estate investor who purchased the property in a 1031 tax-deferred exchange.
Southern Square Shopping Center is a Hobby Lobby-anchored center that includes a mix of local and regional small shop tenants. The center, which is located in the dominant retail corridor in Sioux City, was 93 percent occupied at the time of the sale.
