Hope Sherman is the new senior vice president of investor services and capital markets in Columbus, Ohio, for Equity. Sherman will take a leadership role in developing and growing a national institutional investment group.
Sherman brings more than 25 years of experience in both the transactional and operational side of real estate across virtually every property type, geographic location and economic condition.
During her career, Sherman has received many awards and most recently completed the largest single transaction in NAI Ohio Equities’ history ($45.2 million) in 2012. Sherman has participated in more than $1 billion in transactions throughout the United States.
