Columbus-based Red Mortgage Capital in February closed a $19.5 million refinancing for Oyster Bay Manor/Harbor House, a 208-bed assisted-living and dementia-care facility located in Oyster Bay, N.Y.
the financing includes more than $1.2 million in funding for capital renovations and upgrades to common areas throughout the building.
