Cooper Commercial Investment Group recently sold a Big Lots department store in Flint, Mich.
Dan Cooper, president and broker of Cooper Commercial Investment Group, represented the owner, a private group based in Toledo, Ohio. Cooper also represented the buyer, a private investment group in Pittsburgh.
The 40,000-square-foot property sold for more than $2.28 million, 97 percent of its original list price.
