Cooper Commercial Investment Group recently sold the Milford Shoppes, a 12,000-square-foot retail center in Milford, Ohio, a suburb of Cincinnati.
The retail center is shadow-anchored by a Meijer Grocery, Kohl’s and Home Depot. The Milford Shoppes is 100 percent occupied.
Dan Cooper, president and broker of the Cooper Commercial Investment Group, represented the seller, a private investment group. The buyer is a private investor based in Connecticut. The property sold for the full price of $2.6 million.
