Cushman & Wakefield announced that the commercial real estate services firm has hired Senior Director Teddy Childers. Childers will join the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group and be based in San Antonio.
Childers’ role will focus on multifamily investment sales in San Antonio and help bolster the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group’s local presence.
During his 16-year commercial real estate career, Childers has completed over 250 lease transactions totaling more than four million square feet and has led 12 asset dispositions exceeding $1 billion in value. He was most recently with Capital Commercial Investments where he oversaw their 12 million square feet office portfolio and monitored asset performance.
