Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq recently secured leases totaling 37,175 square at the US Bank Center in downtown St. Paul, Minn.
The Bush Foundation and The Saint Paul Foundation will occupy the space.
Both foundations will move into the building in September of this year. Each foundation will occupy one building floor. The two will share a third. The office space has been vacant for several years, and is the former site of guaranty agency ECMC offices.
The Bush Foundation will move from the First National Bank building in St. Paul into 15,883 square feet at the US Bank Center. The St. Paul Foundation is moving from the Alliance Bank Center into 21,292 square feet.
