Lyndi Merced has been promoted to regional property manager with Daniel Management Group. She will oversee managers and maintenance staff in the Wisconsin, Indiana and Illinois markets.
Merced’s responsibilities include overseeing all property transitions, hiring/training/developing all on-site personnel, ensuring staff compliance with all policies and procedures, overseeing day-to-day property operations and monitoring revenue and expenses.
Prior to her current role as Regional Property Manager, Merced was a Senior Property Manager for DMG, managing a scattered site portfolio in the Chicago and Milwaukee markets.
Prior to joining DMG, she was a multisite Property Manager for Gorman and Company managing residential section 42 and market rate properties.
