Darwin Realty & Development Corp. has announced the sale of a 27,000-square-foot, 10-year-old industrial facility at 1749 Paul Ave., Glendale Heights, located in the Windy Point Industrial Park. The building features include an 18-foot ceiling clearance, parking for 48 cars and 4,000 square feet of finished office area.
Adam Haefner, vice president, and Dan Fanelli, SIOR, principal of Darwin Realty & Development Corp., represented both the buyer, Hydac Technologies Corp., and the seller, a private investor, in the transaction.Â
