PREMIER Design + Build Group has hired a new project manager, Diana Wolfe, according to a company announcement.
Wolfe has more than 16 years of experience and has been in charge of projects accounting for hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial and industrial space. She enjoys creative problem resolutions, being a collaborative teammate and client advocate, according to PREMIER.
Wolfe began her career in project management for a major construction company in the western suburbs of Chicago. She assisted with project plans, building design and documentation. Wolfe also reviewed construction drawings with executives, provided cost estimates and had full oversight of large portfolios. She managed teams, budgets, vendors and served as a property manager where tenant challenges were resolved quickly, according to PREMIER.
Some recent achievements include the development and construction of an industrial business park that includes five multi-tenants buildings between 15,000 and 77,000 square feet. A total of 59 tenant build-outs were led by Wolfe.
