Prairie du Chien Memorial Hospital will build a new hospital in Southwestern Wisconsin thanks to the help of Dougherty Mortgage and the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Rural Development loan program.
Prairie du Chien will receive a loan of $32.4 million from the federal department. The hospital will use the funds to build an acute-care medical facility in Prairie du Chien, Wis.
Dougherty Mortgage served as a consultant to the hospital, helping with the process of obtaining and structuring the USDA loan.
