CBRE has announced the long-term lease of 81,054 square feet by DPI Specialty Foods Inc. at 6800 Santa Fe Drive in Hodgkins.
DPI Specialty Foods is a subsidiary of the Irish Dairy Board of Dublin, Ireland and came about by the growth, combination and evolution of several different specialty food companies spanning three quarters of a century. The space will comprise of extensive coolers and freezers. DPI expects to take occupancy second quarter of 2013.
CBRE’s Keith Puritz, Brett Kroner, Ryan Bain and Zach Graham represented DPI Specialty Foods Inc., and CBRE’s Steve Livaditis represented the landlord, 6800 Santa Fe LLC.
