Development Solutions Inc. and Whitney Architects Inc. have recently completed the new Illinois headquarters for Cushman & Wakefield Inc.
Teaming up with Cushman & Wakefield’s project management team, DSI and Whitney completed the two-floor, 40,000-square-foot complete demolition and renovation within 10 weeks. The end result is an open, collaborative workspace, which occupies the entire 28th floor and most of the 27th floor at 200 S. Wacker Drive and supports Cushman & Wakfield’s goals for growth. Cushman & Wakefield relocated their staff of approximately 110 from 455 N. Cityfront Plaza Drive and moved into the new space at 200 S. Wacker Drive in December 2011.

Project features include:
- Modern corporate video wall in the reception area to highlight Cushman & Wakefield’s projects throughout the world;
- Multidirectional ceiling grid and floorplan to mimic the unique footprint of the 200 S. Wacker building;
- TechZone Ceiling System throughout to provide a clean look to the space.
