Duke Realty Corporation’s St. Louis office closed two leases totaling 72,503 square feet in its Class-A office properties in Laumeier Office Park in the Sunset Hills, Mo., submarket.
The transactions include a 30,927-square-foot expansion by Panera Bread in Laumeier I, which brings the 116,277-square-foot building to 100-percent occupancy, and a new lease with New Balance Athletic Shoe, Inc. for 41,576 square feet in Laumeier II.
Duke Realty’s Whitaker Varley, vice president of leasing in St. Louis, represented ownership in the two transactions.
Steve Schmid and Rick Dames with Cresa St. Louis represented Panera Bread in its expansion, while Kevin McKeon with NAI Desco represented New Balance Athletic Shoe in its new lease.
